Who Needs This
Any person or legal entity intending to operate a logistics business, integrating product movement from planning through transport and information services.
Conditions and thresholds
- Minimum registered capital of 6 billion kip.
- At least 2 technical staff with a High Diploma in transportation. One must have passed an internationally certified logistics course and have 3 years of logistics or 5 years of international transport experience.
- Technology for documentation, packaging, storage and distribution, approved by the ministry.
- Foreign investors may invest up to 70% of total capital.
