Vientiane Capital, 30 July 2026 — AQQOUNT Investment and Consulting Sole Co., Ltd. participated in a workshop titled “Business Cooperation Approaches and MSME Network Building Between the Lao PDR and the Kingdom of Thailand,” organized by the SME Service Center of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LNCCI) in Vientiane Capital.

The workshop, held under the MLC-MSME Recovery Network Post COVID-19 and Business Matching & Roadshow Project, brought together government representatives, academic experts from Chiang Mai University, and business operators from both countries to discuss opportunities for cross-border trade, business partnerships, import-export markets, and investment promotion policies between Laos and Thailand.

As part of the discussion, AQQOUNT contributed insights from an SME consulting and support perspective, highlighting the importance of guiding small and medium-sized enterprises through the practical steps of cross-border readiness — from financial structuring to compliance — as they look to expand into regional markets.

A highlight of the event was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two parties, formalizing cooperation on business matching, trade facilitation, and cross-border trade linkages under the MLC-MSME Recovery Network research initiative.
